Summary: -Cleaning staff took items from our room minibar. -Dishes do smell in the restaurant. -Ac is always adjusted to 20 degrees and we cant control it -we put the request to clean our room at 6pm and came back at 1:30 am to see that nobody came to clean ,, also they didn’t refill bathroom handwash soap, also they didn’t refill tissues

Summary: Very happy I chose to stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel it self is wonderful, modern and has everything lux. Perfectly located next to the sea, mall around the corner etc. Excellent service, look forward to be back soon. I must mention, the receptionists were amazing, all the staff in general. Felt at home.

Summary: The place is generally good. Very clean, and the rooms are spacious. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be improved in terms of comfort. Although the rooms are fairly soundproof, I can confirm that the hotel hosts events that may disturb you. During my stay, there were wedding celebrations, and the reception area is close to several rooms—I had to wait until 12:30 a.m. before the loud music stopped and I could sleep. The breakfast buffet is good, but it could be more varied.

Summary: A fantastic hotel, and I would absolutely recommend it. However, it took me five times to ask the front desk service staff to push the two twin beds in my room together which I had originally requested a queen bed not that big of a deal but after a 12 hour day, I was really looking forward to a big bed instead of sleeping half of my body on the twin bed and the .

Summary: I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Florya and was genuinely impressed with how ideal the location is. Being right on the seafront meant waking up to beautiful views of the Marmara Sea every morning, which was such a treat. What made it even more convenient was that the hotel is literally next to Aqua Florya Shopping Mall—just a few steps away. Whether I wanted to grab a coffee, do a bit of shopping, or find somewhere nice to eat, everything was right there. I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The room was consistently spotless and comfortable, and I have to give a special mention to Fidel, our lovely housekeeper. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and always made sure our room was perfectly clean and well-maintained.
